Basic Plan
$250/year*

- Evaporator Coil
- Blower Wheels
- Refrigerant Change
- Capacitors
- Condensate Drain
- Crankcase Heater
- Relays & Contractors
- Unit Wiring (Tightened as needed)
- Duct Work (For Leaks & Insulation)
- Safety Controls
- Heat Exchanger
- Combustion Air
- Burners (Cleaned As Required)
- Fan Switch
- Gas Line
- Secure All Panels
- Temperatures & Performance Will Be Recorded
- Condenser Coil cleaned
- Air Filter will be replaced at customer's option (Customer supplies filter unless on Platinum Plan)
