I always enjoy working with the folks at Comfortable, LLC. Ever since we moved to Collierville, they have been our go-to source for anything HVAC related. We had a new unit installed by them Summer 2024 that has been amazing and they promptly fixed our other unit on this call. Chris & Aaron diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the diagnosis and faulty part. Placed an order and replaced the part within a day or two. Leah in the office is also a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Their professionalism and courtesy are unmatched and they never try to oversell or upsell. They only do what is necessary (unlike some of the HVAC companies in this area) and they do it at the best price. As long as I live in Collierville, they are always who I will call first. Update August 2026: As always, Comfortable, LLC is paramount of Heating & Cooling companies in Collierville. My primary condensate drain was blocked, both units shutting themselves down because overflow. I called and Leah had Tyler out to take a look within an hour. Every dealing that I've had with this company has been extraordinary they are true professionals they care about what they do they don't cheat and they worked their ass off. I had one of their technicians Aaron come and do a repair he was absolutely great to deal with to talk as he explained everything and left without having to bill me for an additional time. Whereas other companies will milk you on time and never really finished the job not this place everybody that I've dealt with has been extremely gracious and professional I would recommend this company to anybody! Super Fast response time! Aaron was knowledgeable, efficient and very courteous and willing to show and explain everything he was testing and doing! My Gosh, how a capacitor price has increased! But it is cooling great!!!

A special shout out to my technician Aaron who was so.committed to working in 97 degree heat that he close to heat stroke. Was forced to leave but was back on the job the next day. In today’s world, you rarely see that kind of dedication. This company will always have my business. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that can be trusted, look no further.

This is by far the best HVAC company Ive ever had work for me. Ive employed them for years now and have never been dissatisfied with anything they have ever done. On time, fairly priced, and just nice people who know what theyre doing. Special shout out to Leia who schedules the work to Aaron who actually does it. They are the best. Comfortable LLC replaced an older H & AC unit with a TRANE brand unit because I wanted the best. I didn’t realize at the time that “best” isn’t just a function of the brand we buy …. as or more important than the brand is that the brand be installed properly. I can tell you that Comfortable found (AND FIXED) other H & AC issues my home had that I was unaware of and would have been missed had I used an “ordinary” crew to install. Thanks, Comfortable Crew! Great job by Chris and Tyler today. I received a text that they were enroute and they showed early. My three AC units were a bit dirty but they cleaned and serviced them well. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use them in the future.
