Looking for a great heat and air company? Look no further than Comfortable LLC in Colliervile, TN. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dillon Mannon serviced both if my units today… making me all ready for the summer months. He was incredibly articulate, when telling me what he was going to do before he started, as well as afterwards. He was kind, thoughtful and SO knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail. I would recommend this company over and over and over again!

Service Tech (Dillon) was professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. He was quick and very forth coming with the steps being taken and providing reasonable options for future service with no pressure. Great Job!

Comfortable LLC came out promptly when our furnace broke and Chris did research but couldn’t fix the problem. He did a great job explaining what was wrong. A new Trane heating system was installed which we really like, especially how quietly it runs. 4/7/2025 - Came out today to make repairs to AC and heating. Located problems and repaired everything in an hour! Amazing service! 5 Stars!!!

Comfortable replaced full upstairs HVAC unit last summer. They had the best price by far comparing another collierville company and our former hvac company Patton. Dillon came out today and did the spring/summer inspection and was very through. Would recommend as a local collierville company.

Great job best group I have ever worked with

I had three air conditioning and heating systems replaced about two weeks ago with Comfortable. Jason, Donald ,Tyler and Joseph did the work. I couldn't ask for a better job. They were clean ,neat, and very polite young men. Everything I asked them to do was met with a "Yes Sir" no problem. Jonathan Hayes gave me the quote which was very competitive. They did everything they said they would do without me having to prompt them... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dillon came out and gave us a quote on a 4 ton heat pump to replace our old unit that blew up. He was awesome. The following week Dillon and the team of John, Junior, Tommy, Aaron and Chris, (yes at one time there were 6 of them over here) jumped on this difficult job that I thought would take all day and they knocked it out in about 3.5 hours. Dillon stayed another hour or so making sure everything was working properly, thermostats etc. all the guys were fantastic to work with and these guys will be handling all my hvac needs in the future. I cant recommend them enough. They get 5 star ratings for a reason. You cant go wrong!
