These guys are legit. Extremely professional, courteous and patient. Jason (head of sales) and Tommy (lead technician) came out to give us a quote on a mini-split system for the bedroom over the garage (always the hottest/coldest room in the house). They saw the room and said "Why do you want a mini-split when you already have two a/c vents in this room?" "Because this room is barely insulated and there is no airflow at this end of the house. It all gets diverted to the other rooms before it can make it this far." The a/c system was 29 years old and they noted that we were planning on spending thousands of dollars on a single room mini-split when the 29 year old central air system is on it's last legs and would probably need to be replaced shortly anyway. Their solution was to install a new Trane system (for about twice the price of the mini-split), run a dedicated trunk line straight to that room and use baffles to divert air as needed to the other rooms. For the first time in 40 years, that room is comfortable without a space heater or portable air unit. Leah (in the office) and Jason were extremely patient with us as we set up everything ahead of the install. Tommy was on site for the entire install and his crew worked all day to get everything right. Very clean and professional. Everything was on time, as promised. ComfortableLLC is now my go-to company for heat and air issues. I would have no problem recommending them to a widow or single mom who might be taken advantage of by less scrupulous companies. They came and figured out why the unit wasn’t working. Turned out to be a dirt dobber nest had pulled off a grounding wire. Honest and reliable.

I had a new heat and air unit installed and had my ducts, vents and registers all cleaned out at the same time. When my heat went out, I called and they were here immediately. Chris and Junior were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and awesome. They did amazing work. They also assured me they would be back to finish work that has to be done in warmer weather. Aaron and Coty were kind and polite and worked hard to clean the ducts. Working in an older house can be tedious and they a good job. One thing I might suggest is rubber gloves maybe?! :) they have a lot of walls to touch. :) Everything was great. The price was just right. They were very fair and helpful and considerate and I do recommend Comfortable, LLC to my friends and family.

First time working with Comfortable. With an ice storm expected to hit within 12 hours, I couldn’t get my generator to crank. I called them and they sent somebody out within the hour! I think the guys names were Johnny and Jared. Incredibly nice, incredibly helpful, and even quickly ran to get a part they needed, to keep my service under an hour. They had me up and going in no time. Will definitely call them again!

Coty has serviced our equipment on nunerous visits and has always done a great job.

John and Jr were the technicians that came out to inspect the air/ heater and fix anything that was wrong. Jr can out to fix some electrical issues that we needed to get fixed. They both did outstanding work and I would highly recommend their company.

Service technicians showed up when they said that they would. I had 2 jobs that were slightly outside of their usual scope of work but they got right into them with no complaints and fixed both problems. They were very pleasant gentlemen and explained what they were doing, why it would fix the problem and suggested improvements. I have a heating and air company but they’ve started hard selling every time they come and it wastes my time. I’m going to stick with this company.

John and James came and put two wall pack lights up on our building they were on time and did a great job. Definitely recommend to use Comfortable on any electrical or heating and cooling great crew and on time and will answer any questions. Thanks
