Prompt scheduling and great service!

Best company to do biz with, HANDS DOWN!!! Called in a panic in the middle of the night, at like 9pm, 😂. And Tbey are saying they booked and will try to squeeze me in, but prolly be the 2 days. I said do whatever u can do! They were knocking on the door the next morning so early, the sun wasn’t up!! They got up and got going at the crack just to squeeze in some desperate customer!! Great job!! Low price!!! They left money on the table!! I figured they would rip my head off! Best people I’ve ever dealt with!! If you call someone else, that’s your fault when you are their site bitching about their service!!

John and Jr were the technicians that came out to inspect the air/ heater and fix anything that was wrong. Jr can out to fix some electrical issues that we needed to get fixed. They both did outstanding work and I would highly recommend their company.

I am in the process of getting several estimates for replacement of my A/C system. Comfortable LLC is one of the companies that was selected for an estimate. I chose Comfortable, LLC because they were the 2024 winner of the Commercial Appeal " Best" contest, and they had numerous positive reviews on Google plus an A+ BBB rating. Tommy Scott, service manager, gave me the oral and written estimate. He was very professional and explained all of my options. I have not made a decision for A/C installation, but I would recommend Comfortable LLC for consideration if you are in the process of choosing a company for A/C installation.
