What is the Comfortable Club?
It's our membership maintenance plan. For a yearly or monthly fee we perform scheduled professional tune-ups on your HVAC system, and you get a discount on any repairs — plus priority scheduling on our Platinum plan. It keeps your system efficient, extends its life, and protects your warranty.
How many tune-up visits do I get?
Basic and Premium include two visits a year — typically spring for cooling and fall for heating. Platinum includes four visits a year.
Do members get discounts on repairs?
Yes — 5% off with Basic, 10% off with Premium, and 15% off with Platinum. Platinum members also get priority scheduling and no overtime or weekend charges.
Can I cover more than one system?
Yes. The prices shown are for your first system; each additional system is added at a lower rate — $120/year on Basic, $150/year on Premium, and $240/year on Platinum.
Does a maintenance plan keep my warranty valid?
Yes — most manufacturers require documented regular maintenance to honor the warranty, so Comfortable Club membership protects your investment while lowering energy bills and preventing breakdowns.
